DIPLOMA IN THE VISUAL ARTS - In 2010 I commenced doing my Diploma. My subjects include: Sculpture, Painting, Drawing and Printmaking together with the Theory Subjects of Art History and Professional Business Practice.
Taking on this Diploma has brought Joy to my Heart and Soul. I Love it. It is a part of me that cannot be ignored and I had ignored it for many years. To my detriment. So now I'm following a passion that is tied to every cell in my body and my Soul has a spark ignited which is the most fulfilling and wonderful feeling. The Universe listens to our feelings, not our words, and I feel this first hand. My hope is to impart from with in me, to express what is within, let it go, and let the viewer find a connection for themselves with my work. My part is to create and let go. The view is invited to then see if there is a connection to them. If there is, they will resonate and feel joy, peace, a bond with the work. If they don't, they will not resonate and will move on.
